·   GSM/ GPRS/CDMA/EVDO/ UMTS/ LTE Optimization and Site Integration.

·         Performing CTTP and making 911 test calls on different sectors/PNs (alpha, beta & gamma) on corresponding Azimuth confirming the LAT/LONG.

·         Set up of equipment, Laptops, GSM, CDMA phones, hub, GPS and antennas.

·         Drive test using NEMO, TEMS/ XCAL/ XCAL MOBILE software to collecting voice, data on GSM, CDMA, and LTE. Test file are uploaded back to Optimization team (QA) through FTP.

·         Handling customer complaints related issues performing a sanity drive and verifying the coverage in the area

RF Drive Tester

·  Data collection of Optimization for GSM, UMTS, CDMA, and LTE networks using XCAL software. 

·  Excellent experienced in using Microsoft Streets & Trips tool for the navigation of site verification and Clusters drives routes. 

·  Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills whenever issues arise during the data collection drive. 

·  Performing CW and CCW drive round the site to check for swap sectors and successful handovers between sectors within a site. 

·  Making Short & long call testing on alpha, beta and gamma sector. 
Monitoring of key performance parameters such as Ec/Io, SINR, RSRP, UL and DL throughputs, handovers during the drive testing.

·   Perform eCFSB test calls on FIT assignments to verify UtraCommand, LTE Service requests and Handoff completion

·   E911 testing on CDMA/VoLTE technology for 2500, 1900 and 800 MHZ band class. 
Analyzed drive test data on XCAL for network analysis, site authentication, and problem identifications. 

·   Performed Stationary test at the cell sites to check/verify the throughput (DL/UL).
Worked & Assisted the Sr. RF Engineers in resolving network issues, thereby assisted in meeting
coordinated routine activities for various test teams, scheduling drive tests, cluster assignments

·   LTE commercial network working in the optimization team meeting KPIs, checking and solving parameters issues, wrong planning design, reducing DL interference and increasing the throughput.
